Web Application Developer Position

Aperian Global is a global management consulting company headquartered in San
Francisco with offices worldwide. We provide training, consulting and a suite
of web tools that assist our clients globally.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ï§ Leading the architecture, design, development and deployment of our web
tools.
ï§ Maintaining and expanding existing Cold Fusion 7 applications
ï§ Communicating with Clients
Qualifications include:
Analysis Skills:
ï§ Ability to understand business needs and lead the technical
implementation
ï§ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
ï§ Good written/oral skills a must
ï§ Ability to follow functional specifications and translate into CF
ï§ Ability to design system and database schemas
ï§ Ability to respond responsibly to aggressive deadlines
Technical skills:
ï§ Must have a minimum of 3 years web development experience
o Essential: Cold Fusion MX 7
o Desired: ASP.NET / Java a plus
ï§ Minimum of 3 years of SQL Server 2000 or related experience,
specifically:
o Create and maintain database tables
o Write and run queries to retrieve and update data
ï§ Experience with deployment of applications from development/staging
environments to production
ï§ Experience with an understanding of schema designs
ï§ Familiarity/experience with localization (foreign language adaptation)
ï§ Experience with Flash and ActionScript 2.0 a plus
ï§ QA experience
Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications and prior experience. Full
