Need developers to create a website for a local market. Developers need to have good English communication skills and must have an attention to meet deadlines and have good coding ethics. Will be paid for the website to be developed as project based payment. However also seeking permanent relationships to develop further into the site and update with new features and functions, which will then be paid on a per feature/per hour basis.
