Immediately seeking full-time software engineers to join our small, but growing, consulting company. We are currently looking for Mid to Sr level software engineers. The position is in Arlington VA, and would be an on-site full-time position with our company. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience and skill. The range for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000. *Required skills* 1) Strong ColdFusion development skills, with experience with CF 5 and CF MX 7 2) Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript skills. 3) Some experience with Photoshop, for converting designs into "intelligent" markup, (not just utilizing Photoshop splicing tools). 4) Experience with Transact-SQL / Microsoft SQL Server 5) Authorization to work in the US required *Major Pluses* 1) Experience with CSS-based layouts. We try to do all new development using CSS-based (tableless) layouts, and ideally a new developer would be comfortable coding like this. 2) Good communication and problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with clients and need to be able to analyze their needs to provide them with good solutions. 3) ASP / ASP.NET skills - BIG plus 4) Experience with Windows server administration 5) Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science / IS 6) ColdFusion certification *Other desirable attributes* 1) Experience with AJAX, Prototype, Scriptaculous, etc. 2) Experience with Adobe Flex 3) Experience with Adobe Flash 4) Experience with any ColdFusion frameworks, esp Model-Glue, ColdSpring, Reactor, etc. 5) Experience developing object-oriented applications in ColdFusion extensively utilizing CFCs Please submit a resume to Neil Jhaveri, at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please include your rough salary range expectations to give us an idea of what you are looking for.
