Knowledge in ColdFusion , HTML, and SQL Server, javascript and AJAX. This position is responsible for: - developing a large-scale online registration application largely based on an existing system written in ColdFusion and SQL Server. - working with existing scripts and enhance system to support new specifications - developing front end web registration forms for prospective participants of the program - enhancing back-end administration system based on proven existing web application - creating supporting database tables and database routines that adhere to the client's business rules - working closely with existing developers to gain knowledge of best practices for existing system and apply to new version
This position is temporary; 35 hours per week for approximately 24 weeks. Qualifications This position requires a bachelors degree and a minimum 3 years experience. Proven training in quantitative methods and statistics. Experience is ColdFusion is a must. Must have demonstrated proficiency with Windows OS, Windows Servers, Microsoft Office Suite, ColdFusion MX, HTML, SQL Server, and Javascript. Desire to work in an academic setting. Graphics skills a plus, but not required. This position requires an organized team player, who possesses the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Extensive experience in communications required.
