You are a devout member of the Church of Associative Arrays. You believe source control makes you a better developer. You know ColdSpring isn't a new brand of bottled water. You often choose to speak in complete sentences -- at least when talking to non-coders. You probably read some of the CF coding blogs from time to time or at least wish you had the time to do so. You inherited gobs of money and are looking more for a challenge and opportunity than salary. Hey, I said that was our IDEAL candidate... Seriously though, we need to bolster our development staff. We want someone with extremely solid fundamental coding skills -- probably someone that actually went to school for it but we realize there are always exceptions to the rule... You don't have to be the best programmer in the world; but you should be the person that all your coding friends call when they need help/advice/second opinion. You know cfml, javascript and SQL like the back of your hand. You've been building websites for years and have played an important role in some fairly complicated web applications. You enjoy learning how to be a better developer and pushing other people to become better developers. Experience with ColdBox a plus; Experience with Flex a plus.
