consultants for three months with a strong likelihood that two will be extended
for several additional months.

TG Online Job Application Project
ColdFusion Developer
Background
TG utilizes Adobe ColdFusion application server to run various dynamic
web-based applications, with the software code written in ColdFusion Markup
Language (CFML). TG hosts several internally-written and maintained web sites,
such as TG's corporate web site (www.tgslc.org). One such application is a
web-based employment application process to provide potential job applicants a
way to apply for a job at TG. A project has been identified to enhance this
process to provide a more user-friendly tool.
Duties
The contractor will be assigned tasks to enhance TG's Online Job Application
tool, performing design, analysis, development, and testing. The contractor
shall be capable of performing all of the duties and tasks listed below.
* Meet and communicate with the business area to gather and review
specifications;
* Conduct in depth analysis of business requirements;
* Create functional designs to meet requirements;
* Determine estimations based on scope of work;
* Perform coding based on his/her design, or that of others;
* Create unit and/or system test plans;
* Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing;
* Conduct and/or participate in source code walkthroughs;
* Coordinate production migration and implementation;
* Prepare documentation for all phases of work; and
* Prepare periodic status or progress reports.
The contractor shall prepare all work products and documentation in accordance
with applicable TG standards.
The contractor shall conduct and/or take part in formal reviews and acceptance
of products and documentation prior to implementation into the production
environment.
Experience and Skills Required
The qualified candidate will have the following skills and level of experience:
* 6+ years web development experience
* 4+ years CFML experience, with minimum 1 year with CFMX version 7 or
higher
* 3+ years MS SQL Server, including Stored Procedures and T-SQL
* 1+ years JavaScript experience
Experience with project management will be a plus.
All services shall be performed at TG's corporate facilities located in Round
Rock, Texas.
