I'm the middle man in this, but send responses to me and I'll pass them on:
"We are sourcing developer/s to work for areas within Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia, who are requiring assistance in reskinning their sites. We are trying to compile a list of developers we can call on if and as required. Does anyone have any friends or colleagues that may in interested, can you let me know please? The work would involve re-skinning existing sites, some application migration, and quite a bit of coordinating. This would be contractual work." The new template/skin is already designed; we will need CF developers to apply it to existing sites. We're likely to be looking for local developers only.
