Responsibilities: - Complete project tasks and activities as assigned by the Project Manager - Works closely with other team and client side resources to define project scope/requirements - Designs application architectures to support the goals of client projects - Programs applications per technical design and requirements - Unit test and approve code for functional QA testing - Fix and resubmit issues to QA for remediation testing - Abide by Fusionapps coding standards in daily development activity - Assist other team members where appropriate to maintain project momentum - Document build and deployment processes for pushing code to staging and production - Support and maintain client applications after production launch - Accurately report billiable and non-billable time daily - Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and education through training and certifications Requirements: - 4-Year College Degree preferred, but not required w/relevant experience - Qualified candidate will have minimum 3+ years software development experience - Be certified in or have a minimum of 3+ recent years of experience with ColdFusion MX, 7 and or 8 - Be certified in or have a minumum of 3+ recent years of experience working with SQL databases - Be certified in or have a minimum of 3+ recent years of experience working with Javascript - Be certified in or have a minimum of 3+ recent years of experience working with HTML/DHTML/CSS - Be certified in or have a minimum of 3+ recent years of experience working with XML - Experience working with structured development methodologies - Familiar with every aspect of the software development lifecycle - Ability to make tough calls and deal with high levels of stress - Be a proven problem solver who thrives on the daily challenges of outsourced application development - Excellent oral and written communications skills - Team Player - Process-oriented, multi-tasker - Some regional travel required Additional Desired Qualifications: - Any additional development experience a plus (ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, Java, C++, VB, etc..)
