We need a highly experienced senior ColdFusion developer to join our company as a full-time employee. We would love to have someone join us on site in San Antonio, TX but realize there are experienced developers throughout the United States who can do a great job remotely. We are part of a Fortune 50 company and have plenty of ColdFusion projects waiting to be completed. Development tasks include new ColdFusion projects as well as maintaining existing projects.
Responsibilities: Plan, develop, test, debug, implement, and support ColdFusion applications Work with team mates, project managers, and other business units to deliver high quality within deadlines assigned Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using ColdFusion 5 through ColdFusion 8 with experience in OO architecture, CFCs, and various frameworks (Fusebox, Mach-II, etc.) Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in database design using Sybase or SQL Server Experience with Web Services, Java or AJAX is a plus Working knowledge of software development life cycle (analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation) Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience in working with a team in the design and implementation of Web applications Self-learner who enjoys building complex ColdFusion Applications Compensation: Competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid time off.
