List, I need two strong flash developers to work on prototype a application and then helping build out portions of the applications UI. The candidates need to have strong communications skills, decent sense of design so that someone can give you a wire frame and you could make a decent looking representation from it, and are highly competent developing web apps with Flash. Experience with Flex would be nice but not necessary. Also this job is on site, 40 hours a day, in DC or Boston (either location is fine), through now till December. Depending on your skill set the pay is going to be between 75 and 95 a hour.
