The web 2.0 developer will work in cross-functional agile development teams with teammates who are developers, quality-assurance specialists, designers, and business analysts. They will be responsible for contributing to user interface and back-end programming across a variety of languages. On the job training, mentorship, and guidance will be a regular benefit of this job, with the developer enjoying regular one-on-one sessions with the Agile Project Leader and Senior Development Specialists. Job Qualifications RAC seeks a developer trained in one or more of the following: Adobe Flex, Ruby on Rails, and PHP. This developer will also ideally have experience with MVC and event-driven frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, PHP on Symfony, and Flex on Cairngorm.
