I am a seasoned Software Engineer with strong ColdFusion, ASP, SQL Server, DB2 and Oracle experience. For years I have been providing part time remote development services to multiple companies. These services have included Application Development, Database Engineering, Application and Database Performance Tuning and Requirements Development. My services have helped to satisfy company needs when projects fall behind, additional development is required, or when applications experience bugs or performance issues.
I possess a wide range of IT skills that I have utilized over the past 20 years. This gives me the ability to fit almost any contract requirement. My full lifecycle experience has given me strong client communication skills along with the ability to provide detailed documentation of all development efforts. My engineering experience has given me the ability to quickly analyze software requirements, create engineering diagrams such as UML, Process Modeling, Functional Hierarchy, and ERDs, and develop code to satisfy the approved designs. I have been instrumental in proposing, planning and executing large-scale projects for the Air Force, Army, Navy, CDC, FDA, DoD, DOL, HUD, APA, FCC, ED, local government organizations, financial institutions and publishing organizations. A wide variety of programming languages were utilized throughout the projects. The majority of these projects reached statuses of CMM level 2, CMMI level 2 and CMMI level 3.
