Job Description: Designs, builds, deploys and maintains web pages for the company or customer. Contributes to the web design group�s efforts to specify, improve and implement the look, feel and function of online projects. Interfaces directly with users, in-house writers, graphic artists and engineers, as well as with outside freelancers/contractors. At a more senior level, may provide work leadership to lower level employees. Responsibilities ⢠Position would provide both application software development support and sustaining engineering support for web-based systems using Cold Fusion, Javascript, and JAVA with Oracle and SQL Servers as the DBMS. ⢠Has ability to work with customers (end-users, business unit managers, senior managers) to define requirements and manage issues surrounding software development. ⢠Can effectively communicate with all levels of management, and fully informs management of pertinent issues and progress on projects. Qualifications: ⢠BA/BS degree with 2 years of web development experience or AA/AS degree with 3 years of web development experience are required. ⢠2 years of experience in ColdFusion, Javascript, and SQL Server are a must. ⢠JAVA, and Oracle experiences along with CMMI/Software Development Process Model knowledge are desired.
