Jr. to mid level Cold Fusion Developer Rate: $20/hr on W2 Location: Wilkes Barre PA Duration: 3 Months Start Date: 11/03/2008 Job Description: On a daily basis, the selected candidate will WORK REMOTELY (100%) and will be supporting development team by offering development related support for existing Cold Fusion applications (versions 6,7,8 -> one application still runs version 5). The team uses both the CFML and Object Oriented approaches toward development. Candidates should also possess a strong foundation in the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Candidate will support team by receiving requirement/task related orders to make application adjustments by adding/modifying new/existing code. The work is deadline intensive, because this overall project has a firm deadline. Candidate must have strong time management skills/capabilities, be able to follow direction well and have the ability to handle tasks individually. This position does not require analysis, design, testing etc... experience. This position is solely focused on development (HEADS DOWN DEVELOPER!) Strong written and oral communication skills are required to ensure effective phone/email communication exists across multiple locations. MUST HAVES: -2+ years Cold Fusion Experience (preferably version 6 or higher) -2+ years JavaScript experience -2+ years HTML experience -2+ years CSS experience Nice to Haves: -FLEX experience.
