- BA/BS, Computer Science or Software Development
- At least 2 years Coldfusion 8 (or 7) experience for enterprise website
- At least 6 months Adobe Flash experience
- Must be willing to show/share previous Flash work
- Coldfusion 8 experience a plus
- Java, XML, AJAX experience a plus
- Hands on enterprise eMarketing development a plus
- Web metrics experience a plus
- Development experience with Oracle 10G, MySQL, and/or SQLServer
- Development experience with Dreamweaver, Eclipse IDE, or Flex Builder
