Sierra Management and Technologies is seeking a fulltime senior ColdFusion developer for an onsite position supporting the Joint Discrepancy Reporting System (JDRS) at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Patuxent River, Maryland. Primary responsibilities will include the development of web-based application software using ColdFusion 8 and Oracle 10. This is a mid-to-senior level position requiring a minimum of 6 â 10 years of development experience with ColdFusion.
Development experience with .NET, XML based web services, and contemporary Javascript frameworks such as jQuery considered a plus. Must have experience using Eclipse or Dreamweaver as an IDE. The candidate will be working in a team environment and must possess excellent communication skills both in written and oral forms. A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar program from an accredited university is preferred. Ability to develop functional requirements, test specifications, results, and other software development documentation may be required of this position.
