Will be responsible for providing full life-cycle development and maintenance of web-based database interface systems coded using ColdFusion and Oracle. Application development includes design of intranet (web) - based interfaces for various database-driven systems, including analyzing customer requests; defining specifications; code development and testing; end-user support; and accessing/modifying information using ColdFusion development language and Oracle database systems. Additional responsibilities also include providing support in briefing preparation; development guides and end-user handbook materials. Candidate must have experience developing IT systems using standard software engineering methodologies, computer programming flow experience, and understand principles behind normalized database design. Strong communications skills required for customer interface, and experience developing intranet-based database systems using the ColdFusion/SQL languages is required.
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
