I have been using CF for over a decade now and have been doing web development since 1993. I specialize in helping companies build or improve their internal CF development teams (implementing source control/issue tracking in a manageable way, introducing "framework" development, incorporating automated testing procedures, creating deployment policies/practices) but I am equally comfortable playing a straight development role.
