Fuel Interactive is looking for a bright and enthusiastic technical support specialist to join our team. The position is full time (40 hrs a week) and is located in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Technical Support Specialist: Requirements: * Exceptional troubleshooting skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Basic knowledge of Coldfusion or similar web development languages * Prior software technical support experience Responsibilities: * General phone and email support of Coldfusion web applications * Create and maintain support systems including training videos, documentation, FAQ * Bug tracking including minor fixes and code changes * New application setups * Product training Desirable skills: * Travel industry experience Here's some information about our company: Fuel Interactive is a full-service Interactive Marketing Agency.
