Red Hand, LLC, purveyor of the Electronic Tenant® Solutions, is seeking energetic and capable individuals for a full time entry- level to intermediate web developer in the Monterey Bay area. Location Requirements The applicant will be required to work from home and must be located less than a hour drive to Monterey/Salinas (hwy 68). Initially there will be frequent meetings in Monterey/Salinas with the companies senior developer. The main offices for Red Hand, LLC are located in Washington, DC. Responsibilities Position will include development and maintenance of our web applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple web applications and internal systems. Typical tasks include but are not limited to: ⢠web application development & maintenance ⢠web application design Skills This is an entry-level to intermediate position, training will be provided. However, candidates should have a good understanding of basic web application development and technologies. Requirements ⢠Ability to work with Mac OSX and higher operating systems. Special cases will be considered. ⢠Coldfusion 7 or higher experience or familiarity with PHP, JSP or ASP. We use ColdFusion (CFML) and can easily teach developers of other scripting languages. Applicants with previous knowledge of Coldfusion will be given priority. ⢠Proficient in Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Fireworks, HTML, CSS, Javascript. ⢠Solid oral communication skills / ability to communicate with clients, vendors, partners, and staff. ⢠Ability to collaborate with a team or work autonomously ⢠Thorough and highly detail oriented.
