Advanced Media Productions is seeking a talented, self-motivated Coldfusion software engineer.
Responsibilities: - Work with a team of web designers and Internet marketing specialists to design, build, deploy and maintain commercial content websites, ecommerce websites, web applications and Facebook apps - Act as a resource for developing, analyzing and interpreting system requirements or web-based applications using Coldfusion and SQL database server - Perform trouble-shooting and programming analysis of system issues Job Requirements: - 5+ years hands-on development experience with Coldfusion MX and Microsoft SQL database server - Minimum of 4+ years of architecture experience developing B2B/B2C ecommerce web sites, web applications and Intranets using Coldfusion - Experience with test-driven development and related technologies - Significant hand-on experience with other programming languages, e.g. PHP - Familiarity with Facebook, Facebook API and LinkedIn API a plus - Experience with Coldbox, Mach II and/or other frameworks - Strong DHTML, JavaScript (JQuery), CSS, AJAX and XML skills - Understanding of coding methods, best practice and full software development life cycle - Excellent organizational skills, ability to tightly manage time and project responsibilities and able to work on multiple projects at one time - Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills - Strong experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment - Current eligibility to work in the United States - BS in Comp Science or equivalent This is a full-time, on-site staff position.
