Summary: Seeking web developer with strong Coldfusion experience Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Macon, GA Third Wave Digital, a Georgia-based web firm is seeking a talented, self-motivate Coldfusion developer with a minimum of 5 years experience coding and debugging web applications. Principle duties and responsibilities: Work with a team of web designers and developers to deploy, maintain and upgrade Coldfustion based content management software on client websites. Develop new custom applications that will integrate tightly with CMS software.. Build user interface applications and back-end databases using various programming and scripting languages. Test and debug all work. Job Requirements: ⢠5+ years hands-on development experience with Coldfusion development environment and Microsoft SQL database server ⢠Familiarity with Custom Tags and CFCs as well as MVC and Object Oriented Programming ⢠Strong DHTML, HTMLS, JavaScript, CSS, IIS and XML skills ⢠Understanding of coding methods, best practice and full software development life cycle ⢠ASP.NET or PHP programming skills a definite plus ⢠Must be comfortable learning and using new technologies ⢠Excellent organizational skills, ability to tightly manage time and project responsibilities and able to work on multiple projects at one time ⢠Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills ⢠Strong experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment ⢠BS in Computer Science or equivalent ⢠Current eligibility to work in the United States This is a contract to full-time, on-site staff position (will consider telecommute for right individual).
