This position provides support for the day- to day maintenance and operation of our internal human resources web site. The person will ensure that all web pages comply with appropriate policies, guidelines, and standards. Primary duties include: -Manage intellectual property in support of all facets if the Company's business operations and management policies. -Consults with each department's management team to define content and workflow for each section of their Website. -Ensure consistency throughout the site. -Develops new Web pages and updates Web pages as needed. -Ensures user ability of the site. -Creates and maintains documentation for all projects. -Assists internal customers with uploading content to the Website. -Manage links to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant. -Adds new content and links are requested. -Assists with electronic backup of files. -Maintains accurate records of previously produced work for future use and/or revision. Essential skills and responsibilities: -Bachelors degree. -A minimum of 2 years of experience and the ability to utilize languages such as JAVA, .NET, ColdFusion, HTML, SQL to design document, create, and test computer software, including web applications. -Basic understanding of database queries -Ability to read, analyze, and interpret trade journals, along with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural materials. -Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of supervisors, customers, and various levels of management. Ability to communicate technical concepts and thoughts to management. -Must be a team player and have the ability to work under stressful conditions with multiple deadlines.
