Functional Responsibility:
1. Oversees Web Page Content Management system and ensure that the system performs according to government requirements. 2. Oversee assigned project resources to best meet project objectives.. 3. Manage project requirements to control and monitor project scope, time and cost. 4. Maintain project plans and performance metrics to provide visibility and accountability of work effort. 5. Lead in preparation on Web traffic statistical reporting. 6. Review of new Web technologies and analysis of impact on government business requirements and appropriateness of the new technologies. 7. Make recommendations to Webmaster on content policies as it relates to the Web. Qualifications/Education: · Must have experience in current Web policies, Web performance measures and Web Development · Must have experience working on Web development projects using software including Dreamweaver and ColdFusion . Four year degree in Business or Computer Science and at least two years experience in a related field. . Five or more years of experience in Business Project Management without a four year degree. . Experience managing projects. This experience must include the full responsibility for the recruitment, hiring, development, and supervision of employees. . Experience managing projects where the project is composed of at least two separate and concurrent tasks. Project is composed of at least separate and concurrent tasks. Project management must include planning, staffing and control of each task assignment. . Experience implementing automation projects which includes work plan development and day-to-day oversight of plan implementation.
