Boston-based Web application development and online marketing company is seeking an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Coldfusion/Facebook Application Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience developing dynamic web sites and web applications to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Work with a team of web designers and online marketing professionals to design, build, deploy and maintain commercial and ecommerce websites, web applications and Facebook apps - Act as a resource at developing, analyzing and interpreting complex system requirements or web-based applications - Perform troubleshooting and programming analysis of system issues, including identification and resolution of security related events Job Requirements: - 5+ years hands-on production programming and development experience with Coldfusion MX, PHP, jQuery/JavaScript, Facebook platform and Facebook API required - Minimum of 4+ years of architecture experience developing ecommerce web sites and web applications - Strong DHTML, CSS, XHTML and XML skills - Familiarity with browser compatilibity issues and fixes - Experience with API integration (Twitter, OAuth, Flickr, YouTube) and mobile web apps a plus - Experience with object oriented and procedural programming methodologies and frameworks - Understanding of coding methods, best practice and full software development life cycle - Knowledge of source control such as Subversion - Excellent organizational skills, ability to tightly manage time and project responsibilities and able to work on multiple projects at one time - Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to thrive working in a fast development team and working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment - Candidates must have current work authorization in the US - BS in Comp Science or equivalent Compensation based on skills and experience.
