Developer/DBA Knowledge of tools, technologies and methodologies required for designing, building, testing, releasing, and supporting data intensive applications. The candidate is responsible for supporting large operational databases as well as ensuring their availability, performance, and security. The candidate will work to automate data collection processes, tune queries, and ensure the database is running optimally. The candidate will create processes to ensure data integrity and identify potential data errors, be able to quickly troubleshoot server problems, and develop/deploy preventative measures to maintain high availability. The candidate should also have the ability to estimate a projectâs duration, anticipated level of effort, and associated cost. The candidate should be able to work well in a team environment and possess the following abilities:
