COLD FUSION DEVELOPER Overview: MSI is seeking a ColdFusion Web Developer with the ability to work simultaneously for multiple project managers on a variety of projects. The specific tasks will depend both on the skill set of the candidate and the needs of the projects but will include designing and building Web pages and Web applications, maintaining and improving Web sites, performing user acceptance testing, and more. The candidate will follow specifications laid out in design documents, scripts, storyboards, and/or graphic treatments and will work closely with others including Project Managers, Instructional Designers, Multimedia Developers, and other Programmers. In this position, it is expected that you will carry out project and company duties as assigned by the Management Team; follow timelines and schedules; perform work within defined scopes and allocated hours; learn new applications or software as needed; and be an active and productive team member who helps maintain a focus on innovation, quality, and delivering client solutions that work. Types of projects could include: e-learning, Web sites, digital signage, kiosks, DVDs, and handheld applications. This is a permanent, full-time (average of 43 hours per week) position with great benefits, a competitive salary, and many opportunities for growth. Job Requirements: The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to multi-task across projects and technologies, strong collaboration and teamwork principles, a comprehensive grasp of technology and/or design techniques, an aptitude for learning new applications and skills, and a passion for producing engaging and high-quality work.
