Mission Media in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a proficient web programmer with solid Coldfusion and PHP experience. However, over time, the activities will encompass many parts of the cycle of project development including analysis, definition and documentation of business processes, business requirements and functional specifications; technical design and implementation; and test plans and documentation. Experience ⢠3+ years PHP and/or Coldfusion ⢠3+ years sql ⢠5+ years HTML ⢠3+ years Photoshop ⢠2+ years API/XML Skills ⢠Experience building and maintaining applications. ⢠Extensive experience with SQL, including complex joins, database normalization. ⢠Experience building high volume secure web applications. ⢠Experience working on development team using formal design specifications and rules. ⢠Experience using a database design & documentation tool such as Visio. ⢠Good written and oral communication skills. ⢠Advanced experience with Photoshop. ⢠Intermediate to advanced knowledge Flash and Actionscripting ⢠Able to multi-task and handle shifting deadlines and multiple projects. ⢠Able to articulate and able to explain "why." A Plus: Flex, Flash, AJAX Keen typographic skills. Understanding of "the grid" and how to dispose of it. Creative and imaginative sensibility to execute a wide range of clients' needs.
