Though we would prefer someone from the NC Triangle area, we will consider all applicants. Our offices are in Durham, NC. The job is full time with flexible hours. In fact virtually ALL hours can be worked from home if that is what you prefer. (Weâre big on Skype ;-) ). We can provide the development workstation and software or you can use your own, whichever you prefer. You would be reporting to the company CTO. The general work can be broken down into the following areas: 1. Application code maintenance. Keep it running & squash bugs. 2. New feature implementation. (It seems like we have more ideas than resources!) 3. Consulting & business/systems analysis. Can we do it better-cheaper-faster? 4. Coordinating the efforts of supporting subcontractors (e.g. graphic designers, copywriters, etc.) Requirements & Qualifications Applicants must have a minimum 4 years experience developing Coldfusion-based web applications along with strong HTML4/5, CSS2/3, Javascript & AJAX skills. In addition, experience and skill with the following technologies is highly desirable: Web Services (creating & consuming), MS SQL, MySQL, ExtJS, JQuery, JQuery UI, Subversion, XML, SMTP, FTP, Windows Server, IIS, Tomcat, Railo, PHP, Photoshop/Illustrator, Authorize.Net & InfusionSoft CRM.
