Position Description: The candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of ColdFusion web applications throughout the development lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for the system administration of the applications; this includes monitoring usage and performance, security, trouble shooting and production support. The candidate will be responsible for the development of system documentation related to the application. The candidate will assist government staff in the technical operation and customization of the web applications. The candidate will work with the DBA and development teams in identifying business rules and user reporting requirements. Position Requirements: At least 4 years experience in developing dynamic enterprise level web based applications with ColdFusion (CMFL Programming) * At least 2 years experience with ColdFusion MX7 or MX8 version * At least 4 years experience of in depth knowledge of Web page design, development, and implementation utilizing standard tools * At least 4 years experience in all aspects of maintenance and development of internet applications including web security and encryption * At least 2 years experience with ColdFusion Administration * At least 3 years of experience with writing to Oracle databases for ColdFusion * At least 3 years of experience in other aspects of web development such as HTML, CSS, Java Script Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Deploying Application as J2EE applications * Experience in Web Service calls to/from ColdFusion application * Experience in working on both Windows and Linux Environments * Experience in XML * Experience in Adobe PDF generation from ColdFusion * Experience in calling stored procedures from ColdFusion * Experience in Java * Experience in extj * Experience in object-oriented design * Experience in working in Eclipse IDE * Experience in working with source code repository such as subversion Thank you for your time!
