Fast-paced online company is looking for a full-time, experienced ColdFusion developer to maintain and build our e-commerce web applications.
Responsibilities: ⢠Enhance and maintain core code-base for multiple sites (web and mobile) ⢠Manage servers (DB, WEBs, DEV, BUGLOG) ⢠Manage services (CDN, DNS, CloudFlare, etc) ⢠Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle. ⢠Write well designed, testable, efficient code. ⢠Deploy fixes, updates, and releases to all environments Knowledge and Skills Required: ⢠Software development life-cycle ⢠Object Oriented Programming and common design patterns ⢠ColdFusion 9+ ⢠Code refactoring techniques ⢠Use of MVC (Model View Controller) frameworks & concepts. Currently using Coldbox ⢠Object Relational Mapping (ORM) ⢠Dependency Injection (DI) ⢠Windows and Mac knowledge ⢠SQL â MS SQL ⢠Javascript, jQuery, jQuery UI, jQuery Mobile ⢠HTML, CSS ⢠Mobile Development using PhoneGap (iOS and Android) ⢠SVN ⢠Integrating and creating APIs (REST) Must haves: ⢠The ability and knowledge to maintain and develop all web applications in ColdFusion. ⢠The ability to work & thrive in a fast paced environment, under stressful situations and maintain a professional demeanor. ⢠A willingness to work with a Project Manager to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. ⢠The ability to work with little to no supervision. ⢠Be able to multitask and shift direction quickly. Education and/or Experience: ⢠Bachelorâs degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university preferred. ⢠Minimum 5+ years of experience in ColdFusion.
