Your Role
Reporting directly to the founder and working hand-in-glove with the Web
Designer, you harness technology to create an exceptional UX. You are the web
department. It is up to you to determine the best approach to coding each
project. If you think youâre up for the challenge, we would love to hear from

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new directions/properties:
Recode proprietary Hebrew Name Wizard for iOS
Code mobile site
Develop new site(s) for new brands/initiatives
Additions to existing websites
Maintain/troubleshoot existing websites
Coordinate with hosting company (hosting.com)
Maintain five nines website reliability
Address/fix site going down (including after hours if necessary)
Code HTML email blasts (to be sent via Campaign Monitor)
Ensure and improve tracking of web stats (e.g. Google Analytics)
Required Skills
Significant experience hand-coding in ColdFusion or PHP
Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL
CSS/HTML
JavaScript with understanding of the jQuery library
Ecommerce: Authorize.net and PayFlow Pro payment gateways
Photoshop: Ability to convert PSDâs provided by Web Designer into CSS /
HTML
Understanding of Campaign Monitor for coding email newsletters
SEO savvy
Very comfortable designing and working with CMSâs
Experience Required
Expert understanding and ability to hand-code websites
Minimum 3-5 years of development experience
Good business head: Suggest ideas to further company goals
Experience working in a small organization preferred
