The httpd.conf file tells Apache where the Certificate File and the Private
Key files are. However if the Certificate File is encrypted by the issuing
company, then Apache will prompt for the pass phrase to decrypt the
certificate.

It would provide a solution to a difficult problem if I was able to type in an
encryption key when ColdFusion starts up, so the only place my key would
reside would be in memory. How would I go about submitting this suggestion to
the Allaire Developers?
