Encrypt is an XOR algorithm using a 32 bit pseudo-random generated key
based on the seed that is passed in as the second parameter of the
function. The result is then UUEncoded.
It is not 'industrial strength', i.e. its not as good as as 56-bit DES,
but it is not bad and, at the time, exportable.
