OK, if I just send a simple email using <CFMAIL ...>blah</CFMAIL> I can get more than 2046 chars. But I made this custom tag called cf_sendemail that we use. It has a default address if "to" is not passed, etc. So when I use this tag, its basically using CFMAIL like this: <CFMAIL ...>#body#</CFMAIL>. When I use this tag I only get 2046 chars, the content in #body# is truncated. The wierd thing is if I change it to look like this: <CFMAIL ...>why so short? #body#</CFMAIL> Then the resulting email is still 2046 chars, but the content in #body# is 14 characters shorter! (the length of the string "why so short? "). So it appears that this really is happening in the CFMAIL tag? -R ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Structure your ColdFusion code with Fusebox.
