Sounds like the mail server is not always available, or there are not
always the best network connections between the servers.
I'm surprised ColdFusion only tries once. We better have a reliable
mail server I guess, geeze, take it down for 5 minute maitenance and
you might have 10's of emails put in to the undeliver folder that
just sit there for years until someone checks it...
