Is anyone here using ClusterCATS on Linux?

I'm trying to get ClusterCats working on two RedHat Linux 6.2 machines,
running Apache/1.3.9 (Unix) Red-Hat-Secure/3.1 mod_ssl/2.4.5 OpenSSL/0.9.4.
I've successfully installed ClusterCATS, and I've set up a cluster with both
machines. Each server only has one IP address (I know that each should have
two for maintenance/failover purposes, but I want to get the current config
working first if possible), and one Apache server instance. However, I've
run into three problems.

1. As instructed by KB article 16363, I've added the Listen directive for
both IP addresses to httpd.conf. Once I do this, though, both servers become
completely unresponsive. If I comment out the Listen directives, the servers
work. I suspect that this has to do with each machine only having one IP
address, and is less of a concern for me right now.

2. I was able to put the servers into the cluster in passive mode, but
they're showing up as 100% busy with absolutely no load. If I run the
/btauxdir/getsimpleload.cfm for either server, it shows no load!

3. If I attempt to put the servers into active mode, the cluster becomes
unresponsive. Frequently, the web admin interface can't contact either of
the cluster members - even though the web admin interface is running on one
of them!

4. The servers don't have ksh on them, which the btadmin scripts require. I
made a symlink to bash for ksh, and the scripts seem to be working, but is
this a problem?

I appreciate any pointers that anyone might have. I've worked with
ClusterCATS on NT, but I'm not very experienced with Unix platforms. Thanks
in advance!
