They offer Postgre, MySQL, shared Oracle (not often you find that, very $$$
even shared), etc. on RH linux boxes. I've never been a fan of the web tools
compared to ssh/telnet as straight command line is so much faster.

As you can see they use CF, though really you'd think they'd make something
that accessed static... maybe using cfcache.

There's already tools out there for this... I used to use one heavily but
I can't remember it's name. "SQLExec" sounds familiar.
Alas, I'd hunt it down for you but the URL I'm using to search
