As we all know, CFmail is not our best friend.
Sometimes it doesnt deliver a mail, and just lets it die
silently.
When this file is moved back to the spool dir manually,
its gets delivered.
This is a little file,
that will re-send the undelivered mail
back to the spool folder, on a scheduled time,
and notify you of any mail that was respooled.
Hope someone can use it.
It is very basic but it does the job.
Any improvements or comments are welcome.
