You might be able to do this with Samba (www.samba.org).  I'm not sure, and I'm no 
expert, but Samba is a wonderful utility you run on the Unix box that makes it look 
like an NTserver to Windows machines.  You can even run the Samba machine as an NT 
Primary Domain Controller.
