Here's some new (weird) info. My CF server seems to be stopping and
restarting every 30 seconds. This sounds impossible, but look at the log:

Server started"
This would account for the postgres username getting wiped out. It's
also deleting session variables every 30 seconds. Boy this really sucks!
Any suggestions??
