Signal 11 errors usually indicate an invalid memory access; which if a process does that the kernel kills it off immediately which explains why your processes aren't showing up some of the time -- the server is dead.
If you're not using any C/C++ CFX tags then it's probably a mis-matched library of some type that's causing the CF engine itself to error out. Just a hunch though.
