I've been through the allaire support game before - I don't have a problem forwarding an email and a file about what the problem is, but I'm not going to go through that again when all it takes is for an allaire person to plop the file in the spool directory and wait a few seconds for it to crash - (of course the next question then becomes "how did this zero length file get here in the first place" and we go around trying to find the smallest program to reproduce a zero length file in spool). I just don't have the time to deal with it. I'm an allaire software user, not the developer.
