I also had the same problem and by fooling around with the code I was 
eventually able to solve it, but I have no idea what I did... It was quite 
annoying and it also only happened with CF 5.

I think it just eventually started working but for me it was only happening 
with certain pages.

So in short, I have no idea what the problem is nor can I help.
