I just had to do the opposite... I downloaded myODBC for Windows from 
mysql.com and myAccess also from mySQL.com. This allowed me create a direct 
connection between Access and mySQL which I used to import the data from 
Access to mySQL.

I've never done it in reverse but it seems like it should be possible.

Also - if you do a back-up of the mySQL database it creates a script which 
will build and populate the database. I don't know if Access supports full 
ANSI SQL but if it does you might be able to use this script to restore the 
database into Access.
