I just had to do the opposite... I downloaded myODBC for Windows from mysql.com and myAccess also from mySQL.com. This allowed me create a direct connection between Access and mySQL which I used to import the data from Access to mySQL.
I've never done it in reverse but it seems like it should be possible. Also - if you do a back-up of the mySQL database it creates a script which will build and populate the database. I don't know if Access supports full ANSI SQL but if it does you might be able to use this script to restore the database into Access.
