I have seen the technote, but I don't think that it applies. I am not using the CFCOOKIE tag. The only cookies set are done through the CFAPPLICATION tag. Also, the CFLOCATION tag works as far as I can tell. It is only sometimes that a page request will cause the cf server to restart. When this occurs, the cf server passes an error back to Apache (the "Unix error number 2 occurred: No such file or directory" error) while CF is restarting.
