I was using MS Access and converted them to PostgreSQL 7.2.1 using
PgAdminII. This software is a windows app and it worked great for me. For me
I just had to make a database and it did everything else like making the
tables and coping all the data.

You should be able to download PgAdminII from http://pgadmin.postgresql.org
