Before I forget, there is a good windows alternative that has some
auto-complete support: Ultraedit. Whenever I need to do some quick edits
that don't warrant the long load of DX I just start up Ultraedit. Works
like a charm, and recognizes CFML plus syntax highlighting.

(ps - CFMX tags aren't in there yet but coming soon)

Thanks for all the recommendations. I do use BBEdit when I am using my
laptop <g> and I agree that it is excellent. I am going to give jedit a
try and maybe even brush up on my vi skills.

BTW - Dick, do you have CFMX running on OSX? I've been thinking about
giving it a go.
