Hello,

I'm still using CF5 on linux, but in looking at the MX docs, I can't
find any mention either. Our email server allows for APOP
(Authenticated POP connections). Since people have traditionally
only checked email with their client software (Eudora) we have APOP
turned on.

In building a Web mail application I learned that we can't check
email using the CFPOP tag if the server requires APOP. Has anyone
else run into this issue or learned a way around it?

If I needed to, I could disable the APOP on the Email server, but
since it is slightly more secure than regular POP, I would prefer not
to if there is a way to do APOP with the CFPOP tags.

Thanks,

Paul
