Yes. Stop the CF services, then edit /opt/coldfusion/registry/cf.registry. Within there, there'll be a "registry key" entry labeled "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Allaire\ColdFusion\CurrentVersion\Server\EnableCFREGISTRY". Set the value to "1", save the file, and restart the CF services. At least, that's how you'd do it on Solaris, which I think will be very similar in this respect.
